Refunds

Last updated 6 October 2026. Membership is $8 a month. Cancel whenever you like, in a single click. A cancellation stops the next charge.

Cancel the next charge

Use Unsubscribe while signed in. Your dossiers stay open through the close of the cycle you already paid for. After that the account returns to the free tier, where every archetype and vector score remains permanently available.

A charge that should not have happened

If you were charged after a cancellation, or charged twice for the same cycle, write through the contact page with the email on the account and the date of the charge. We will trace it with Stripe and refund any charge taken in error.

A cycle you already used

Opening your dossiers is precisely what membership provides. A cycle in which you opened them is not refunded automatically. Cancelling still halts every charge after the one already settled.

There is no trial price and no introductory rate. The amount shown at checkout is the membership price.
