Login cookie

meridian_session is set when you sign in. It is an httpOnly cookie, sent only to this site, and it lasts 30 days. It is how the server recognizes your account. Signing out deletes it. The site cannot keep you signed in without it.

Unfinished inquiry

While an inquiry is in progress, this browser holds your place in session storage under a key that starts with meridian:. It is cleared when you finish, when you begin a fresh sitting, or when the tab’s session ends. It is never sent to us as a separate record.

Stripe

Checkout and the billing page run on Stripe’s domain. Stripe may set its own cookies there to keep the payment page secure. Those cookies are described in Stripe’s policy, not stored as part of your true16 account.

What we do not set

No analytics product, no advertising network, and no third-party marketing tag runs on this site.

Turning cookies off

You can delete cookies in the browser. Blocking the login cookie means signing in again, and an inquiry in progress can disappear with the tab. Questions go through the contact page.
